He has in depth functional skills, an overall knowledge of SAP HCM suite with a strong focus on core modules including Time Management, Payroll, PA and OM and HXM suite comprising EC, ECP, Performance and Goal management and succession. This allows him to define effective solutions and designing integration strategies with other SAP and SF modules and with external systems.
He has led and successfully delivered for his clients of Saudi Arabia, Singapore, China, Thailand, Australia, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Netherlands, Germany, and USA. He has travelled to USA, China, South Africa, Europe, and Middle East for solution delivery. Currently working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a globally established petrochemical company.
He can estimate, develop, evaluate, and execute implementation plans by defining scope, objectives and deliverables. He has led the engagement effort at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high quality and value- adding consulting solutions.
