HR GENERAL • Maintaining employee personal files, making sure all sensitive documents are in place.
• Preparing an appointment letters / termination letters etc.

RECRUITMENT • Responsible for end to end recruitment for Permanent, Outsourcing and Contract Placements.
• Created pool of Candidates through various sourcing mechanisms across various functions of Oil & Gas, Government Sectors, Emiratisation, Construction, Energy, Power, IT, Telecom, BFSI, Engineering, Finance & Accounts.
• Work towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.
• Make necessary amendments in the candidature before forwarding the CV to the client.
• Proficiency in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Cold Calling and Networking.
• Screening of candidates for specific roles; Sourcing best candidates related to clients requirements.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
• Organizing interviews for the shortlisted candidates as requested by the client.
• Using candidate databases to find the right person for the client's vacancy.
• Identify prospective employers for niche skill sets.
• Conducting HR interviews for Level up to Associate Manager, been part of salary negotiation and compensation discussions.
• Develop and maintain an active database of potential candidates and keep an active pipeline ready for recruitment when required.
