Role of a Draughtsman/Coordinator
Doing Coordination between Architecture, Structural & ID drawings.
Preparing drawing for a project since its starting such as Site Mobilisation, Logistics plan, Traffic management Layout, Waste management Layout. Etc.
Making Sketches & Other related drawings for RFI.
Maintaining an Updated drawing register for Architecture, Structural, MEP & Other Sub Contractors drawing.
Preparing Shop Drawings for Architectural (Structural & MEP also only when required)
Checking subcontractor’s drawings & resolving discrepancies.
Prepare Coordinates drawings for site Surveyor to make markings.
To visit sites when required.
Prepare as built drawings on handing over of project.
Role of a Design /Draft/Coordinator
Preparation of Detailed shop Drawings based on the concept drawings.
Preparation of setting out plan, Ceiling coordination plan, Floor coordination plan. etc.
Checking subcontractor’s drawings & resolving discrepancies
Attending meetings & Correspondence as and when called upon
Site coordination with Client, MEP contractor, Main contractor, Sub contractor etc.
To visit sites for coordination, supervising, measuring areas dimensions etc. as and when required.
Knowledge in Material Specifications
To assist Department Head for site survey.
Take as built site dimensions and prepare as built drawings on handing over of project
Preparation of drawings for project submittals.
Spa and Health club Designing and prepare shop drawings for approvals.
Preparation of Layouts and shop drawings of all types of Sports courts.
To assist departmental head for estimation of H&L product models based on Architectural drawings.
Quantity Surveying and prepare BOQ for various products.
To assist Department Secretary for estimations/quotations.
To maintain records of all supplier drawings for H&L products.
To assist Department Head for site survey.
Take as built site dimensions and prepare as built drawings on handing over of project.
Preparation of Schematic and production drawings.
To attend site meetings as and when called upon.
To visit sites for co ordination, supervising, measuring areas dimensions etc. as and when required.
