Prepare financial statements and Facilitate and complete monthly close
procedures.
 Prepare tax declaration to match with tax auditors.
 Prepare invoices, payments, producing statement of accounts.
Preparation of payroll and overtime.
 Hold all accounting entries on the accounting system.
 Bank settlement, processing bank deposits and withdrawals. All
associated finance entries.
 Responsible for all receipts and payments (Treasurer).
 Filing, records retention and Administrative support.

Graphic Designer
• 3D Designs (presenting prospective scenes to customers by making internal & external scenes using our materials, like Bathrooms, Halls & Buildings frontages).
• 2D Advertising designs.
• Preparation of exhibitions and events (Stand design, Promotional gifts, Posters and other advertisement materials).

Management Accountant
• Follow-up the accounts of management for their projects in other countries.
• Accounting data entry for the management accounts including their personal projects.
• Preparation for financial statements and requested reports in coordination with the Chartered Accountant.
• Contact the financial institutions on behalf of company like banks and resolve other issues concerning the company's finances actions such as opening accounts or the granting of facilities.

Accounting Assistant in Sales Department
• Preparing the projects department invoices.
• Preparing Price lists and customers offers to be proportional with the objectives of the company.
• Preparing supplying contracts in accordance with closely certain procedures and timetables for received payments.

HR Assistant
• Oversees the human resource database. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded.
• Enters new hire information in the human resource system database.
• Completes monthly reports regarding attendance statistics.
• Receive job applications and conduct preliminary interviews and then transferred to the competent department.
