4. Review and recommended action concerning contracts and legal assistance to all projects implemented by the local government unit, either by administration or by contract.
5. Take charge all communication letters submitted to different government agencies in relation to infrastructure project proposals of the municipality.
6. Managing the Municipality’s infrastructure projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.
7. Providing technical support to the project team and wider municipal teams. Conducting team building capacity exercises among the workers.
8. Preparing the budget or the cost breakdown and analysis of all project proposals submitted by the municipality. (Quantity Surveying).
9. Established an efficiency sheet template or time motion analysis for civil works.
10. Managing project budgets and keeping costs down.
11. Implemented the National Building Codes of the Philippines in all structures erected in his jurisdiction. Set a standard procedures in getting building permit and accepted construction procedures, (As a Municipal Building Official).
12. Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
13. Evaluating Bids and providing recommendations.
1. Field inspector for the various city engineer’s infrastructure projects.
2. Directly submitting field observation reports to the office of the City Engineer for action.
