- Check validity of requests to purchase, obtaining any additional necessary paperwork and manage any noncompliance requests.
- Supervises and evaluates other Warehouse personnel for ensuring an efficient warehouse and delivery system.
- Act as liaison between the Senior Procurement Assistants and the Operational team.
- Manage the GRN process to ensure prompt action and resolution in conjunction with the Procurement Systems Administrator.
- Maintenance and surveying of safety stock at all major outlets and warehouse for smooth business operation.
- Communicates with other management staff and District personnel for fulfilling District needs by coordinating activities and programs, resolving issues and conflicts and exchanging information.
- Analyzing and Generating the forecast report showing requirement volume to assess future and current needs.
- Provide status reports to the Operational Supply Chain Manager on an agreed basis.
- Direct staff in the process daily requisitions, expedite deliveries, resolve quality issues as required
- Conduct physical inventories quarterly or as required.
- Performs and manages complex planning of projects and oversee the disposal of surplus inventory for complying with Board regulations.
- Manage the team in delivery of sub-contract and supplier work packages, the creation of detailed, purchase orders including scope of supply, deliverable and milestone payments.

- Compiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, according to predetermined production schedules and order priorities.
- Analysis of production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.
- Lead cross-functional root cause and corrective action to resolve customer-related shipping issues.
- Preparation of logistics plans to support all relevant operations within the project and office support staff members as required in respective regions.
- Manage and continuously review the Purchase Order System, to ensure it is accurate, up to date and consistently meets the requirements of the business.
- Handling of project related claims and warranty upon project completion.
- Proper utilization of surplus goods by transferring to other projects.
- Establish and maintain project offices sufficient to support their needs and in full compliance with security and other regulations.
- Prepares documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment.
- Coordinates Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process with Customers, including issuing RMA numbers, coordinating with insurance agent for the claim of damages or not according to technical specification.
- Continually review the overall value offered by existing suppliers and to ensure that the purchasing remains competitive.

- Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to supply product and services in terms of competitive price, quality and delivery in order to determine the best potential suppliers.
- Study contract specification and determine material type, classification and grade in accordance with international standards
- Prepare and obtain approvals from management authority for the issuance of inquiry package
- Inspection of material prior to re-issue, and submitting of claims for the discrepancies against the delivery.
- Conduct or coordinate commercial and technical bid evaluations as per product specification.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Prepare (Material Purchase Request Form) MPRF and obtain approval from management authority.
