MY DUTIES AS OPERATION AND CONTROL CENTRE CO-ORDINATOR
Handling all Technical department’s complaints, request, and inquiries promptly
resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.
 Coordinating with instructors and supported the technical team to ensure proper
fleet maintenance in line with establishment standards.
 Coordinate and oversee day to day operational activities, ensuring smooth
execution and adherence to established process
 Good communication and effective coordination with other departments.
 Providing technical assistance to over 500+ staff members
 Preparing RTA passing percentage report and vehicle fine reports from RTA portal
for presentation to higher management.
 Maintaining a comprehensive database of trainers assigned for vehicle and
Samsung Tablets.
 Tracking and monitoring training fleets to ensure compliance with RTA
regulations, preventing violations.
 Preparing the ON duty and OFF duty trainers reports, Monthly Trainers utilization
report and Monthly fleet utilization reports for the higher management.
 Co-ordinated with IT Department regarding the allocation and reallocation of RTA
app devices to support operations.

MY DUTIES AS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Welcome customers warmly with a friendly greetings and offer them my
assistance
 Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, complaints
promptly and professionally resulting 90% of issues on the first contact.
 Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective
customer interactions.
 Facing Angry/Unhappy customers calmly and in professional way to satisfy with
solutions.
 Trained new employees to make sure they meets various guidelines.
 Scheduled and coordinate with students for enquiries and booking of the classes.
 Last moment adjustments of instructors and student under pressure.


MY DUTIES AS FLEET MANAGEMENT
 Maintaining the records of accident reports and fleet transfer records for audit
purpose.
 Analyzing the quality of daily fleet operations.
 Plan, direct and monitor preventive maintenance and repair programs for fleet.
 Prepare vehicle count report for higher management with locations.
 Coordinate with workshop team to reduce the down time.
 Maintaining database of trainers assigned for vehicle.
 Performed regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a variety of fleet
vehicles, including trucks, vans, and cars.
