Coordinate, supervise and direct the workflow of the Marketing and Social Media activities for our TV Channels and Radio Channels
Develop innovative and creative media content across social media platforms
Keep track of social media trends and competition
Prepare Sponsorship Packages in English & Arabic for clients
Developing marketing materials to generate sales leads
Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters
Support promotional activities
Prepare monthly Reports on social media statistics / performances
Prepare Marketing Budgets
Project Planning for launch Events and launch of new projects
Creation and development of print and online advertising, email marketing, web site management and content development
Work with teams to create a solid branding message
Actively contribute to the success of the Marketing department and the organization
Identify opportunities from internal departments and external stakeholders to create content and social media opportunities
Developing and implementing communications plans for Siemens Energy Services in the Middle East region.
Managing the sector’s internal and external communications (events, press releases, media activities, corporate videos and employees’ communications) for the Middle East region.
Analyzing communication trends in the market and advice on the appropriate measures together with the partners.
Consulting the Sales & Marketing department about which resources and actions are best suited to achieve their objectives.
Implementing of communication activities according to communication plan - Full concept and budget responsibility for communication tactics.
Incorporating and implementing an integrated communications approach, regionally and globally.
Monitoring and measuring the impact and effectiveness of the communications strategy as appropriate.
Harmonizing communication activities with Headquarters in Germany, be an active link between local, regional and global organization.
Planning, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and initiatives.
Determining fiscal requirements and preparing budgetary recommendations.
Working directly with the Senior Vice President and CFO.
Managing call and email screening, meetings and travel coordination.
Handling all administrative work and day-to-day administration support tasks.
Monitoring office costs and expense claims of the SVP and Directors.
Arranging global and local business trips of the SVP, CFO and Directors.
SVP and CFO’s diary management.
Organizing Executive Meetings.
Organize and planning conventions and events.
Arranging and keeping track of staff annual/sick leaves and filing of all related paperwork.
Supporting and reporting to the SVP and Directors of the Energy Sector.
Liaising with Siemens Orlando, Siemens AG and ISCOSA.
Translating in and out official correspondence from Arabic into English, Arabic into German, English into German and vice versa.
