The company is specialized in merchandising of the hotel construction materials, decoration materials and hotel furniture and the other hotel related products.As a new employee, first of all to understand the company's trading products and the relevant knowledge and specifications, as well as the inspection matters of the goods. After passed this step, as a merchandising assistant, assist the merchandising supervisor to find the best and qualified suppliers through the accumulation of exhibition participation, searching Alibaba and Chamber of Commerce, etc. After the confirmation of choosing the best supplier, be responsible for preparing the documents, packing list and following the production, then arrange to ship the goods . Keep close with the shipping agent and customer, to make sure that all the documents are ready without any slight mistake. On the other side, keep close with customers and get feedback from them to have a better and pleasant cooperation the future business. In addition, pay more attention to the frequent communication with suppliers and maintain good relations to know prow new products.Importantly, send the latest product information to the customers to inform them and increase the cooperation opportunity. Take the customers to visit the factories and participate exhibitions to develop the customer interest for related items.
Be familiar with the products; display products on Alibaba; maintain the old customers and develop the new customers;introduce products to clients and do an offer; receive clients and visit the factory;arrange shipping, etc.
Keep a good cooperation with the exporters, importers, shipping companies, insurance companies and customs brokers and arrange each details seriously to accomplish the whole process of importing or exporting of goods successfully.

Since I came to university I learnt many skills like driving, cumputer operating skills during my spare time.
