Building Automation and
• System Coordination and Supervision
o Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the IT, which include
manage, maintenance of equipment and services.
o Provide technical support for troubleshooting
o Ensure the hassle-free operation of electronic in-flight entertainment
equipments of Aircraft A321 and schedule periodic checks.
• Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions -
o Enable the transition of products and services from Flight engineering
department including repairs and replacement from internal repair station.
o Facilitate incoming gadgets, coordinating needs with internal departments
and providing requested engineering documentation.
o Interaction between service providers in case of breakdown of in-flight
entertainment systems to initiate resolutions.
• Customer services and Flight Crew Management -
o Manage monthly rosters of Cabin Crew adhering to regulations of DGCA
and changes as per the daily flight requirements.
o Schedule and monitor periodic checks and training session for the Crew.
o Attend passenger feedback.
o Initiate passenger complaint redress measures.
