• Overall ELV systems in hand for day-to-day operations, PPM supervision, CM follow-up to ensure systems are healthy at all levels, Work together with Main Contractors, Sub-contractors & Supply chains
• Monitoring PPM scheduled on CAFM and ensuring that contractors are adhering to Target Completion dates TCDs created by CAFM
• Ensure that all assets are tagged and having valid PPM frequency as per agreed contractual principle, Undertaking 1400PPM + CM tasks / month on shoulders with supporting centralized team including CAFM updates

• Oversee the OMC performance and extending technical support for IBMS, Fire alarm, Access control, CCTV, Turnstile. Wedge barriers, Broadcast system &PAVA Systems
• Design & Integrate, the Complete End to End Solution for the Broadcast Channels i.e. Ingest to archive work flows, Studios PCR and MCR's, CAR Room, News Room Computers, DSNG Van's, Editing Systems, Virtual Set up's and Intercom Systems, VTR’s, Video servers, Switchers, Studio Cameras, Automation systems, Distribution CATV
