• tracking, updating and organizing shipment records and inventory lists.
• Handle the procurement request. this includes drafting RFQs, Minutes of Meeting, collecting quotes, follow up with suppliers on their bid submission, CBA.
• Handle the Procurement files this includes archiving the electronic copies in the shared drive.
• Manage and follow up the whole procurement processes of the preparation of purchase order, contracts, framework agreements and their amendments.
• handling asset management and updating the SRO Asset register on the needed basis.
• Tag all fixed assets with inventory code number and update inventory if item status changed.
• arrange receiving of goods as per SCI standards. Notify requestor accordingly to receive goods as per right quality and quantity.
• Vetting of the suppliers and make sure they provide all documents needed to be registered, qualified and integrated.
• Complying with and promoting all Save the Children Global policies such as Child Safeguarding, Whistle blowing, fraud, and health and safety.
• Build strong relationship with suppliers and frequently update suppliers DB.
• Observe the correct flow of products in the production line.
Use of data analytics tools (Power BI, excel)
• Participated with co-workers to Ensure the quality and accuracy of analytical outputs through rigorous testing and validation.
