• Partner with the Sales Team to develop the strategies and plans necessary to meet the organization’s revenue growth deliverables.
• Review actuals in monthly Trade Dashboard and explain any variances to forecast. Adjust trade plans per sales input consistent with budgetary constraints.
• Analyze effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI of all promotions.
• Assist Analytics Team prepare and update standardized category presentations and syndicated data reports for organization.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop competitor’s profile.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Team to Enhance the forecast accuracy by managing the forecast process (Customer, Branch, Product)
• Present provision of analysis for entire Trade Marketing plus Sales initiatives along with insight to concerned managers.
• Ensure tracking sales objectives along with promotion effectiveness.
• Monitor the performance of the assigned branch by product - distributor - Sales Rep.
• Follow up the Offers' & Customers' performance focusing on the remaining QTY's to meet the predetermined target.
• Control & maintain the market information system (survey creation / team communication / measure the completeness / data accuracy check / analyze the data / update the required dashboard & reports)
• Communicate, activate & follow up the actionable plan & measure the progress.
• Follow up the forecast process (generate the initial forecast, validate the sales opportunity & follow up with all stakeholders to get the final forecast & communicate it (deliver) to Sales Planning Manager.
• Constant Monitoring of the particulars of the (Customer's Outlook) report (size, lost opportunity, target achievement, credit limit, ...) along with insight to concerned managers.
• Study and control the target Inventory branch wise by Preparation and Arranging the regular Shipments from central store to the branches and between the branches and Creating the required STO's.
• Preparation and Arranging Update Forecast for all sales channels thru forecast committee arrangement.
• Study and control total company inventory according to the target stock,
• Prepare the achievement and OTP report each month to check Production accuracy.
• Communication with sales managers and support to improve sales and customer service level.
• Preparing the Forecast accuracy report with High /Low sales check, and horses offer Achievement.
• Prepare Sales & operation report to present the sales and production figures in the monthly BUC (Business Unit Committee).
• Maintain the planning parameters for the Raw Materials (SS, Lot Size, etc., ) periodically for the smooth function of executing MPS.
• Responsible for External Procurement function for Copper, Steel & Breakers- material groups.
• Study and convert the planned orders to purchase requisitions as a function of the incoming requirements and validation by past monthly consumption.
• Material availability Validation for the requirements of current MPS to ensure the availability of all the raw materials required for open production orders.
• Follow up delivery for the shortage Raw materials with Purchase and Logistic Department to ensure and meet production Schedule dates.
• Validating and take necessary action for Exception messages like Re-Scheduling In/Out, Cancel Process, Stock fallen below SS Level, Start date/End date in the Past, etc.,
• Coordinating with Internal Procurement Planner for any Schedule Changes in external procurement and to reflect the same changes in MPS.
• Coordinating with Design and purchasing department at the time design change/Phase-in &Phase out of materials without affecting the availability.
