- Participate actively in the development of the organization's strategy
- Determine how the organization's strategy guide workforce requirements (Decide how human capital strategy will support the business, identify workforce skills for the future)
- Integrate people, system and culture during mergers and acquisitions
- Identify internal (Website) and external recruitment source (Social media) and implement selected recruitment methods
- Develop and implement selection procedures (Applicant tracking, interviews, references and background checking)
- Develop and extend employment offers and conduct negotiations
- Develop and implement the orientations for new hires, rehires, and transfers
- Establish and review results of an employee performance management system
- Establish and analyze KPI Key performance indicators
- Develop and implement effective Employee handbook, HR PPPs, job design and competency module
- Build effective employee relations (Worker committees, Employee Suggestion program, big brother program, and manager of the month)
- Coach and train managers on performance management systems and processes
- Use HR technology and tools to delivers HR services (employee self-service and HRIS)
Main goal that I could achieve was the more organized and professional recruiting, training, filing, and payroll for short-term process, which goes to recruit 1500 employees, within a very short period for Mobily project.
- Develop and implement effective HR PPPs', Forms, recruiting, and hiring processes
- Use HR technology and tools to deliver HR services (Payroll, employee self-service, HRIS)
- Establishing major roles and HR responsibilities
- Ensure that workforce planning and employment activities are compliant with applicable local laws and regulations
- Develop and implement a record retention process for handling documents ad employee files (Pre-employment files, medical files, and benefits files)
- Implement the organization exit process for both voluntary and involuntary terminations
- Implement the orientation and on-boarding processes for new hires, rehires, and transfers
