• Demonstrated expertise in maintaining a high level of availability for all Office-365 Services, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Monitor service health and performance and take proactive measures to prevent or mitigate issues.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and applications and providing technical support to all VVIP, SLT, and end-users at onsite and remote locations covering Microsoft 365 applications and services, business applications, windows networks, hardware such as laptops, desktops, IP phones,
Printers Meeting room equipment.
• Arranging CISCO video meetings & arranging board meetings and VIP meetings. Configured CISCO meetings, seamlessly integrating them with both Windows and MAC OS environments for optimal functionality.
• Managing endpoint devices using MDM Tools such as Intune, AirWatch Agent, Manage Engine…ETC
• Collaborating with the SOC team to prevent Cybersecurity attacks and protect endpoints from malware.
• Creating the AD users and adding them in groups as per their designation and role. Creating the groups and email IDs in the O365 porta.
• Perform regular backups of data systems and develop and test disaster recovery plans.
• Troubleshoot the O365 issues, attachment, slow opening, and freezing outlook profile, continue same mails coming to inbox, and archives issues, retrieving archives.
• Stay up to date on new features and capabilities and plan the upgrade and Migration needed.
• Collaboration with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide level 2 and 3 support to end-users facing problems with Office 365 applications and services.
• Troubleshooting problems with hardware or software that is used in conjunction with Office 365, such as printers or mobile phones that use Exchange ActiveSync
