Report all HSE matter to the HSE manager Monitoring of company HSE performance and analyzing of datas
Develop, manage and monitor work permit procedures and application Develop site evacuation plans Follow up in implementing, up to date safety regulation through safety meeting, fire drills , safety news safety tours, and training courses Inspect project facilities to detect potential hazards and determine corrective actions and as well follow up, to ensure action have been compiled Advise and guide the project team about deviations from company HSE management system/ international based safety standard and best practices Develop subcontractor HSE work scope and review/assess subcontractors HSE performance /competence prior to ward Manage and monitor all work procedure/ plans such as compliance with PPE, electrical lock out/tag out procedures, tools and equipment inspection etc. Manage and monitor company’s monthly auditing plans

Draft a comprehensive health and safety plan
Prepare HSE Statistics & analysis of Key performance Indicators like TRCF, (TROIF)Trend analysis of incident . Prepare all Risk Assessment and Method of Statement for all the task to be carried out on site Ensure all insurances are in place and valid. Develop training modules especially in construction, Scaffold Basic awareness, Confine Space, Working at Height, Excavation Works Induct all workers before working on site and as well carry out weekly tools box talk, fire drills, training for all employees, and first aid treatment. Establish and maintain a procedure for reporting investigating, recording and analyzing incidents/accident Ensure the welfare facilities for the employees are in good state Calculate monthly HSE performance indicators for the ongoing project
Draft a health surveillance that are to be used to monitor all the employees on site regularly and as well provide a heat index that will be complied to during the summer month.
Ensure that all works are carried out in a way that is reasonably and practicable safe, without posing any hazardous effect to the health of the employees Organize training & safety awareness program for all workers,
Ensure Compliance with the provision of HSE rules and regulation. Implementation PTW, TSTI, Method Statement /JSA, PPE Compliance on site
Ensure all heavy equipment coming into the site Have Third party Certificate both for the operator and equipment

Reports directly to Project Onshore HSE Manager on all HSSE matters Responsible for advising on the project HSE & Training Plan, supports the implementation and delivery of HSE procedures & all training. (Total workforce 2, 000). Project Lead for IIF & Behavioral Based Safety Program. Train the workforce on shutdown procedures and electrical NFPA 70E electrical/fire safety compliance Ensures Strategic and Sustainable training interventions for entire project
Leads a team of (15) IIF Field Facilitators & Welfare Support Office
Advises on Operations Development & Support. Development of Safety Training Material site specific & Safety Leadership Supervisory Skills Program including production of Safety Video media. Provides support & monitors 3 major Subcontractors & their Sub-subcontractors HSE programs.
Ensures critical positions Competency Assurance program and appointments meet project standards. Addresses and ensures that Craft Skills Competency meets compliance and project standards. Support the site based Health & Safety Team Members in the delivery of Safety &Operational Risk projects and initiatives. Complete audits of the operational facilities, following established protocols.
Manage development by keeping up to date with changes in the industry and by fulfilling training requirements for the role as agreed in career development plan.
Provide support to the project manager to implement and maintain the project HSE plans, including reporting requirements for client. Implementation of Health and Safety Management System, Safety System of Work, procedures and policies. Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis Conducting occupational health and safety and environmental protection audits and inspections Implementing programs for improving safety culture (BBS, incentive)
Performance of health and safety aspects - KPI, reporting
Compiling weekly and monthly reports for Corporate QHSE Manager.
