Home Box is a one-stop shop for smart contemporary furniture & home furnishings suited for everyday living at low prices.

Job Profile:
Taking care of stores with furniture and home wares
Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance
Stocks products using FIFO (First In, First Out-rotational) procedure to avoid stockpiling and ensure sterility of product
Identify heavy and low turn inventory items and maintain communication reports for the respective teams
Oversee daily stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
Investigating unclaimed stock and taking appropriate action
Extensive experience with Oracle including ABC cycle count analysis Essential
Will be responsible for overseeing the storage and distribution of inventory entering the department in order to avoid excess inventory and to ensure the sterility of products when required
Track and explain the variance in term of performance versus forecast,
Sales Audits - Provide an analysis of daily sales transactions, proceeding to correct any discrepancies relating to receipts. Start investigative activities in the presence of transactions not equalized
Lead stock audits and cycle counts as per Retail plan
Driving the stock audit process from planning to execution in tandem with audit and controlling department
Assure information integrity through audits, defect analysis, and corrective action follow-up
Develop monthly analysis related to thefts, repairs, gifts and management of merchandise on consignment
Receiving and shipping of inventory into and out including EOS transfers and inter branch transfers
Manage the RTV (Return to Vendor) process. Includes item documentation - tracking, adjusting / destroying
Maintaining integrity in the inventory data held in the Oracle system
Prepare monthly management reporting and presentations to key stakeholders
Maintenance and accountability of high levels of customer service (internal and external)
Work with customer service and warehouse team closely to ensure operation data correctly
