• Review/Correct and update the Asset Register of the Plant on SAP.
• WPSE “Work Preparation Scheduling and Execution” Certified.
• Responsible for holding and Monitoring the YTT Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow meetings and discuss all related corrective and preventive notifications and orders of the plant and ensure smooth process for maintenance operations.
• Responsible for holding the 14 and 90 days plan and discussing all the activities during this period with all Plant departments and Expected deferment With Production, and ensure the frozen week plan with Reasonable work load according to Man Power capacity per shift and their utilization factor.
• Holding KPI (key Performance Indicator) meetings to display achievements and how far we are from our target all over the Week, month, discuss delayed work and how to avoid and facilitate any obstacles that may affect our target and our process to achieve complete integration between all plant departments.
• MIE Coach, Instructor for beginner users in SAP "how to use and get the optimum benefit from SAP tool" as archiving tool and how the correct notification shall be raised on system, also Generating Work Orders With Correct Rules and Rescheduling and preparing these orders correctly according to criticality and priority of each job.
• For Procurement Process Creating and Following up Work Orders and Purchasing Requisitions on SAP with all departments “Electric, Instrument, Mechanic, Utility, Production and HSE” and give support for correct procedures for all Procurement Process for above and Evaluation For Products then Purchase Orders And Good receive and Making AFE'S Authorization For Expenditures During Budget, Also Project builder Authorized to Create Project Services And Procurement And Ordering Labors.
• Supervise and ensure Compliance of preventive and corrective maintenance execution.
• Creating Maintenance plans according to Shell Global Performance standards, Maintenance strategy For All Equipment For All Department Production, Electricity, Mechanical, Instruments, utility…etc.
• Creating Function Locations According To Standards.
• Giving support for departments concerning FACILITY STATUS REPORT"FSR" and raising deviations whenever needed and discuss the deviated work.
• Updating What Ever it needs like transaction forms For Equipment, Field change proposals, Trouble tickets, Memos....etc. For Smoother easier smarter work flow.
• Sap business Ware house Certified, giving full analysis for CM, PM, SCE PM, SCE CM, Deviation Tracking, Capacity planning, Schedule compliance, Fill in Work, Emergency Work, Urgent Work, Work Load....etc.
• Giving support To Project Team For their Field Change Proposals and Organize “schedule” their activities On Sap.
• Attending Operations Meetings and Management Meetings and Monthly Dashboard To Discuss Deviations and Schedule Compliance for PM, CM, SCE CM And SCE PM Target Achieved.
• Primavera Knowledge Creating EPS assigning OBS Creating WBS and Activities and determining Work Package and Rescheduling and linking Activities and updating all above and use also for shutdown activities.
• Additional Technical Experience with Stand Alone Power Feeding Systems Solar Cells, Batteries, Controllers and interconnections.
• Additional Experience For Installing Self Support Telecom Towers Installation(Ensure Soil Test, concrete structure, Steel structure, cable feeders, shelters construction inlet, outlet cabling and installing telecom Equipment.
• Certified Permit Holder and Applicant.
• Additional Experience on drilling Rigs and installing Equipment and microwave links on Rigs applying all Shell Safety Rules and standards.
• Additional Experience to install Microwave links PTP, PMP and their Work Preparations.
