* Conduct Telephonic training to clients upon packages purchase to cover all functionalities and facilities.
* Communicate new enhancements to active clients.
* Check the list of pending appointments for new cases and submit accordingly.
* Generate the daily Activity Report on our CRM internal system to have a list of accounts under CC name and organize the tasks submission.
* Ensure user understands benefits of using website tools and basic functions / System utilization.
* To handle tasks appointed by Customer Relation Supervisor like: - Refresher training to client, postings preparation, saved searches, and assisted/verified service if needed.
* To obtain electronic feedback surveys from clients based on the training sessions delivered to ensure their satisfaction from service.
* To continuously conduct market research on customers’ needs and share it with department heads in order to improve offerings ( Feedback )
* Report to designated consultants on client’s status and to the Area or Country Manager on sales and operational matters
* Report client’s suggestion on any new suggested service / feature.
* Report every dial outcome and communication as accurately as possible on CRM
* Carry out other sales & operational activities as requested by the management.
