• Ensure Maritime Cluster and its business units are meeting the legal requirements & regulations and complying with AD Ports HSE Management System.
• Liaise with Abu Dhabi Ports Corporate HSE and identify legal requirement.
• Set a mechanism to collect & monitor performance of HSE objectives and KPIs results and maintain their records across all business units.
• Ensure implementation of IMS, HSE Policies and any other related.
• Maintain updated record of Risk Assessments, process across the business units.
• Prepare updated annual audit plan (internal & External) and conduct required internal audit across the business units.

• Develop management system and raise safety culture to ensure full compliance.
• Created unified inspection forms for all custom locations.
• Conducted inspections on all customs locations to identify the risks in each location and activity, and issue reports with findings to related departments.
• Ensured that all customs locations are complied with all regulations such as: Abu Dhabi Operational health and safety (OSHAD), Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulations (FANR) and National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA)
• Developed the Environment, health, and Safety (EHS) and business continuity (BCM) policies, procedures, and risk assessment as per OSHAD and NCEMA requirements.
• Analyzed causes of previous incidents with the operational team and prepare a report including a preventive plan for each one to avoid similar incidents in the future.
• Conducting inspection on vehicles within the assigned zone as per safety guidelines, checklist, procedures and legal authorities regulations and report any issues to the Head of Safety and safety team to resolve them.
• Monitoring and following up on all reported accidents or incidents associated with the assigned zone’s vehicles and/or Drivers/Monitors and take necessary actions.
• Analyzing causes of previous accidents with the operational team and prepare a report including a preventive plan for each accident to avoid similar accidents in the future.
• Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits to ensure full compliance with all applicable standards (e.g. ISO9001, 39001, 45001, 14001, …).
• Preparing periodic reports related to Safety including accident reports, daily inspections, etc., non- conformity report and submit to Head of Quality and Safety and QHSE Department for review and recommendations.
• Conducting training and awareness sessions for the Zone’s employees on the quality management system and safety activities.
• Assist the QHSE Department in developing internal quality and road safety procedures.
• Maintaining full and accurate records of quality audits and safety activities.
• Preparing and updating the integrated Department plan, tactical objectives, KPIs and targets for the Zone’s Quality and Safety Department cascaded from the Corporation’s and QHSE’s strategic plan.
• Developed solutions to reduce the vehicle mobilization after the contract awarding by using six sigma tools to increase the quality of the service provided.
