- Creating suitable content that walks hand in hand with the client requirement and suits the nature of different social media platforms (Facebook, twitter, youtube, linkedIn, etc…)
- Following all communication activity, regionally & locally and understand the campaign platforms & objectives.
- Manage and implement engagement on designated social media channels for selected clients as per pre-defined strategy
- Creating, managing and growing client’s presence through twitter, facebook, instagram and other strategically relevant online platforms.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications, also appropriately apply that knowledge to increase and develop the social media department.
- Advise the development team of possible improvements to the sites and bugs
- Work with the analytics department to monitor & measure campaigns
- Create effective ways to generate, maintain & communicate proactively to clients’ issues online.
- Attending industry events and planning meet ups for client community.
- Generate Buzz
