The role is to plan, execute and finalize projects. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
DUTIES
• Identify and engage appropriate level of cross-functional representatives forming a team to deliver the project; ensure resource issues are resolved.
• Manage project team meetings and other methods of communication demonstrating strong meetings management and facilitation skills and championing quality outputs at all times.
• Create alternative high level project plans at the beginning of the project, agree lead alternative with the business.
• Create, own and communicate a detailed project plan for every project showing key decisions and milestones.
• Drive delivery of project according to agreed project plan escalating issues as appropriate.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timings, issues & risks.
• Maintain quality communication with relevant Change Program Management ensuring actions and plans are clearly defined.
• Drive implementation of projects resolving risks & issues or offering alternatives to remove barriers and create contingency plans. Ensure appropriate level of communication to the business.
• Manage stakeholders through senior forums, escalating issues and risks and driving solutions.
Coordinate and facilitate product design details and technicality in coordination with supplier (Factory).
Follow up & maintain shaft drawing & all related technical clarification of a project.
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Indentifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manages day to day operational aspects of project and scope.
Review deliveries prepared by team before passing to client.
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
Prepare as per engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Updates and follow up of payment collection as per contractrual terms and conditions.
Adapt proper filtering system.
Handles Shipping documentation, preparation for custom clearing & coordination with client for material delivery.
Prepares Construction Method of Statement, Health Safety & Environmental Plan ( HSE ), Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment & Project Management Scheduling.
Assist and facilitate site survey with team members for verification as per General Arrangement Drawing requirements (Shop Drawings).
Prepares local material requisition, Project Budgeting Plan.
Follow up with factory (Supplier) with faulty, damages and missing materials.
Facilitate and accommodate personnel welfare and needs.
Designate manpower working timing schedule, planned location and task to accomplish.
Hands On termination and troubleshooting of electrical switch gears, transformers, design, generators, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) and modification of electrical controls systems (if sparts are found to be obsolete).
Pro-active scheduling in all Preventive and corrective maintenance.
Create list and requisition of needed material for the department valid for two weekly work orders.
Create wiring diagram for the modified controllers (Single line Diagram) with ACAD aided application.
Generate preventive and corrective program base of equipment frequency schedule.
Ensuring high standard of work performance appreciation with subordinates and continues sharing of knowledges in technical applications.
Emphasis in safety aspects of personnel and client property while performing thier tasks.
Coordinate and facilitate with Production Managers Job requirement as per production plan.
Gathering and encoding daily data production output with emphasis in waste materials, total production output and down time for the whole three ( 3 ) shifts.
Accommodate work priority order list from production scheduler and coordiante required resources and machniries.
Oversee, good house keeping in the production line.
Pro-active coordination with job scheduler for back up production line or job prioritization in the event of suddent shutdown with great emphasis on time and motion methodology.
Create preventive maintenance work order to maintenance department for scheduling timing.
Oversee, in sorting over run product, misprint and damage for possible salvaging and utilization of waste.
Responsible in plant control automation system ( PLC S5 Siemens ).
Oversee, production output and record keeping of materials used, waste product and output ( finish product )
A year later, promoted to production foreman, oversee production output quality, toughness, color and Faces ( rough or fine ).
Termination and trouble shooting of electrical control ( pneumatic and hydraulic system ).
