• Started working with the firm as a Legal Manager, before being promoted to this role in September 2017;

• Represented the company on more than 45 Arbitration cases at Ajman Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre, Dubai International Arbitration Centre and ad hoc arbitration;
• Handled the trial proceedings and preparation of trial exhibits as well as preparing documentation presented in arbitration and mediation hearings;
• Drafted and reviewed all types of contracts and agreements, legal notices and other legal documentation including statements of claim for the arbitration cases;
• Successfully negotiated cases settlements in favour of the company.

• Established and drafted standard daily use contract, encompassing Supplying, Subscription, Distribution, merchandising etc., in addition to daily business use legal documents;
• Represented the company in a variety of legal matters including commercial, civil and employment lawsuits before different courts in Sudan;

• Eliminated risk of Contractual Claims by 100% since 2012 until August 2014;
