Recruitment & Selection
- Search using different search engine, screen job candidates and conduct interviews.

- Initiate and launch the ESS (Workflow Vs. department, Workflow Manager, Requests) and deliver a training materials and Guideline Manual on why, how to use ESS
Payroll
- Oversees the monthly payroll process and ensure the deadlines are met.
- Prepare, generate the system’s transactions “Variables, Bulk, Transfer” and related transactions, promotions, customized payroll report for review and then the bank transfer.
- Generate the Provision report for Finance department.
- Prepare and review EOS calculation and procedures and conduct the exist interview.
Employee Relation & Communications
- Act HR Advisor for employees across the business and advise in their different questions and matters.
- Launch the first Employees Newsletter in 2022 and circulate among the business, issued periodically in monthly basis, communicate with departments updates, celebrate occasions, employees interviews and Management inputs.
- Initiate Employees’ activities such as Ga
- thering, Gaming Day, Birthdays, annual parties.
- Launch the Employees’ behaviours program (Employee star based on behaviour and attitude criteria)
- Handle the Incident investigation (Created incident reports and educated the line managers about the type of disciplinary along with level of incidents).
- Track employee vacation balances, their planned vacations & fulfilling the necessary approvals on all types of leaves to ensure accurate tracking.
- Create the company’s chart structuring using Visio.
- A role model in enforcing company’s values among the employees across different businesses.
Government Relations
- Supervise the government process and account such as (License, MOCI, Health Cards, MOH License Department, Ashal)
- Ensure the requirements are fulfilled process and completed smoothly.
Performance Management
- Participated in creating KPIs for several roles and collaborate with departments for process and weights for each.
- Created the PA sheet, focus on self and line manager’s rating with feedback.
Achievements:
1. Created & designed the Company’s Newsletter design and contents in monthly basis.

4. Design and launch ESS
