1.Manage the entire new project development (NPD) process from idea phase to launch
and post‐launch evaluation and then hand‐over projects to the relevant brand
management team.
2.Gain overall industry insights, study competition and identify performance benchmarks.
3. Be up‐to-date on the latest developments and trends in the design field and new marketing/project propositions that could be of interest to target customers.
4.Act as the voice of the customer when it comes to the development of new project
concepts, propositions, features and benefits.
5.Brief research agencies, attend fieldwork and analyze required customer research to
understand market needs and track perceptions, attitudes and behaviors in the
different real estate categories.
6.Master concept writing to test and measure new projects acceptance.
7.Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications
to meet project launch objectives.
8. Support Marketing Director in leading a cross‐functional team (consisting of finance,
sales, engineering, operations and legal) that facilitates the work of new projects
development.
1.Oversee and implement all promotions and brand activities and strategies to establish
and maintain presence of brand in the marketplace. Increase sales through deliberate
efforts strategically implemented in research, strategy, financial planning, and
relationship management.
2. Created and manage traditional and non‐traditional marketing budget, reporting on
variances and deviations to commercial director and board members
3. Ensure alignment internally and externally across operations, field marketing, and other
team members through effective and regular communication methods.

5. Analyze and identify sales opportunities and create top‐line growth profitability
6. Create and present financial modeling and marketing campaigns.

➢ Took training sessions on how to be a trainer called “Train the Trainer”

➢ Check the status of each client's job(s) in the creative department and verify the jobs will be complete on time.
