Ensure proper process for receiving a new property as per the policy and liaise with bank/Landlords to ensure all related formalities and documentation are perfected.
Ensure proper process for releasing properties through the bank and ADNP departments.
Update full details/documentation for new assets received by ADNP through the bank in coordination with ADNP departments.
Coordinate with the branches and business units within the bank with regard to their requests for management agreements and ensure that the requests are handled professional and timely.
Maintain proper filling system for original management agreements.
Coordinate/follow up with loan branches to open saving accounts for all newly received properties and update them on Yardi system.
Assist and provide support for the operations manager in day to day operational issues and supervising team members.

Ensure sufficient balance available in maintenance account to start release of management process.

Regular tracking for PMA’s for properties to be under ADNP management.
Prepare Monthly reports.

Maintain the relation with internal & External clients and colleagues in the bank and ADNP departments.

Enhancement or bringing new ideas to the process or department

In Charge of tenancy contracts for all units under ADNP management.
Processing and following up tenants' requests concerning cancellation, renewals, or extension of their tenancy contracts, plus rent amount negotiation.
Liaise between land lords/ their offices / representatives and tenants with regard to rental disputes at lease renewal time.
Undertake complete tenancy renewal services through agreeing rents, writing to landlords and tenants negotiating and confirming rents and passing information to leasing team.
Dealing with tenancy contract transfer and rent reduction.
Preparing and updating spread sheet of expected units to be handed over to ADNP and provide it to leasing department and other related departments.
Make sure that all renewal notices issued on time without fails or exceptions and delivered / stamped and received on time without any fails or exceptions (2months prior to contract expiry) .
Update System with all approvals / and units status if it’s under notice / monthly reports on time
Liaise with branches regarding tenancy register / L.L. approvals (especially for Villas requests) to make sure it won't affect the L.L. loan instalments.
Liaise with VIP/RM team department to get landlords approval for rents.

Reduce legal cases by trying to reach a settlement with landlord / RM and government entity regarding annual value when there is a dispute.
Provide general admin support to Operations Manager

Arrange for feeding limit in coordinating with IFO and CAD.
