1.Media Work:
•Handling effective media processes that increases the efficiency and helps building up the company’s image
•Organizing the interrelated process and annual media plans implementation with teams and media agencies.
•Conducting competitive reporting with the media agency
•Controlling all non TV planning and implementation such as Online, Radio, Print, Outdoor, Cinema, ... etc.
•Ensuring suitable control on all of the media processes
•Organizing with research agencies to ensure that data requests and material is delivered on time.
2.Budget Controlling:
•Managing marketing budget and expenditure
•Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to management.
3.Marketing Communication:
•Production: Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers.
•Events Management: assisting in the following events: Cairo ICT 2007, 2008 & 2009, MSN Connection 2007 & 2008.
4.Dealing with Advertising and PR Agencies to achieve the requirements of the marketing programs.
1.Handling tasks from day to day which are in support of the MD’s tasks: phone calls, correspondence, arrangements, appointments, and queries.
2.Carry out and assist in daily administration and activities of the MD’s office under his general direction and plan.
3.Review correspondences and prepare draft appropriate responses, maintain effective diary management, and prepare management report as required.
4.Efficiently and professionally follow-up on priority matters to ensure meeting deadlines by managing and facilitating regular submittals and approval.
5.Timely and accurately compile all minutes of meetings, reports and presentations to ensure that key areas are effectively and professionally managed.
6.Travel arrangements: obtaining ticket fares / Visas / Accommodation. Issue LPOs to the travel agency, receive and verify Travel Agency Invoices. Provide administrative support for incoming travellers such as accommodation and transportation.
1.Responsible of all the incoming and outgoing mail (Faxes - Letters - e-mail).
2.In charge of ordering and controlling the distribution of the stationery.
3.Travel Arrangement and Hotel Reservation.
4.Handle and dispatch couriers.
1.Arranging Classes.
2.Teaching PC for kids & Typing for Adults.
3.Handling phone calls.
