I joined as a pioneer staff to ensure the operation of the business runs at its full potential within my geographical region by typically overseeing the Finance, Logistics, Customer Service and with high focus on Sales team.  Penetrated markets that include individual and corporate communities, realizing monthly sales revenues of N20m to N65m.
 Developed and executed customer loyalty strategies and initiatives that resulted in 17% increase in customer retention.
 Established critical business relationships worth N200m with large scale clients including US Embassy (Lagos), Ecobank, and Google Nigeria.
 Led the Sales Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.
 Identifying sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships.
