• Follows up the Commercial process from RFQ to the fulfilment of the business sale, following up
the following sub-processes: Offer preparation, Purchase Order Entry and Follow up.
• Responsible for carrying out the Offer Engineering (including third parties products and post-
processes quotation).
• Responsible for performing the Contract Review.
• In charge of the sales order initialization and the purchase order acknowledgement.
• Responsible for analyzing and reflecting the changes in the order.
• Activates the imports from Mills and the orders in third parties.
• Controls the status of the order and carries out post-sales administrative tasks.
• Coordination the logistic chain of order from mill till the final destination.
•Updating of local / global tracking system, making other reports, running the database of shipments
•Cooperation with accounting depart. in preparation of accounting documents
•Responding to the customers claims

•Learning, training and improving skills in manufacturing areas in order to gain a profound
understanding of products and services, focusing on high technology.
•Observing main manufacturing processes through classrooms activities and Manual Operations

•Performance offering process. Supporting key projects and tenders.
•Assisting sales people to prepare commercial/budget offer, proposing proper products and
performing competitive analysis over potential competitors
•Supporting negotiations on prices and results on key customers.
•Assisting on Budget/Forecast Compliance.
