• Developed lectures, seminars and course works on OLAP, Business Intelligence, object oriented programming using VB.NET
Manage a team of specialists to provide ICT services to UNDP Uzbekistan through implementation of corporate ICT strategies, development of business information systems, intranet and website, support to network administration, improvement of IT infrastructure, user support, training and consultancy to UNDP projects.
• Analyzed business processes and developed online productivity tools for UNDP operations (HR, Procurement document and records management, asset management, Logistics unit tickets management, cost recovery, e-registry, car reservation, stationery ordering systems and etc. This resulted in increased time and resource efficiencies, solved issues of data quality and reporting. The system was also adopted in UNDP Russia. (ASP. NET, PostgreSQL)
• Developed Intranet system on MS Sharepoint 2010as a main document management system.
• Maintained UNDP Uzbekistan website (www.undp.uz) with development of required functionality, usability and transparency of UNDP activities. The site is #3 the most visited UNDP websites globally.
• Managed IT infrastructure of the office of 80 people and more than 300 employees in the field people with appropriate infrastructure standards, security standards, connectivity standards, disaster recovery standards. Developed ICT standard operating procedures and business continuity plan of the office.
Managed provision of strategic ICT trainings to government officials and NGOs; Worked with the government in improving IT awareness and literacy of government officials and employees; set up a group of volunteers in the field of ICT to provide IT support to different organizations with web site and software development; prepared various educational materials on ICT;
• Developed a concept on certification of computer literacy - Uzbekistan Certification of Digital Literacy (UzCDL). The project was successfully implemented with Association of IT Companies of Uzbekistan and was accepted as a standard for recognition of IT literacy of employees in all government organizations.
• Managed the development of on-line testing and certification management information system for UzCDL.
• Organized strategic trainings to representatives of ministries and agencies on Information Society, e-Governance, ICT in Public Administration. Edited and developed two chapters for “Information Technologies” book produced by Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
Developed a billing system in a team with Senior Software Developer for Andijan Telecom.
• Developed modules for interaction of billing system with PSTN switch. This replaced the manual work of operators, increased time and resource usage.
• Developed modules for billing information processing.
• Developed a module for extraction, transformation and loading of billing records from PSTN switch into billing system.
