Position based in Xiamen, China.

Assess student's strengths; weaknesses and overall English level to determine which areas require improvement as well as plan and deliver lessons covering a wide range of topics in English. The aim of this being to provide others from a less fortunate environment with an insight into foreign cultures as well as language skills to open up additional work and education prospects.

Position based in Yangshuo, China.

Lead engineer based on-site at 2 flagship sites in Canary Wharf, London.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to, overseeing work carried out by others as well as aiding in the design, implementation and management of projects. • Personally identified and delivered reductions of approx.. 450MW, in 2 buildings alone, through low-cost/free system modifications.

• Personally designed, implemented and managed project to completely replace existing control system on 2 floors worth over £100k.

• Identified, won and delivered over £40k of ‘additional works’ in 2013, not including projects.

• Won a ‘bravo award’ in 2013 for contribution to the development of this new contract.

Automation and Controls Engineer assigned to several contracts in the London and Southeast area. Responsible for ensuring that all field service tasks carried out accordingly and analyzing, modifying and designing BMS to ensure energy and operational efficiency. Fault-finding and repairing existing field devices, control panels and front-end system as well as installing and commissioning new ones. Identify and present improvements to clients and identify potential additional works or projects to generate extra revenue.

• Selected to be a member of the team responsible for the commissioning of access control and CCTV for the main London 2012 Olympic site, and 60 satellite sites. This included 24/7 technical support during the Olympic games.

• Upon assignment, worked with technical support in India and Australia to resolve many longstanding issues with one particular site with a notoriously faulty and buggy BMS. Received a ‘bravo award’ for efforts.

Similar role as Senior Engineer at Honeywell, with the exception of working with Schneider Electric products as opposed to Honeywell and with no supervisory responsibilities.

• Personally identified, sold (£26k), designed and implemented new graphical interface for client to monitor the existing Satchwell SIGMA BMS across their server satellite sites around the UK from their HQ in London.

• Personally identified the opportunity and then commissioned VSDs for the CHW pumps in HSBC Canary Wharf to reduce the energy consumption by as much as %40 without compromising operations.

Responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical equipment as well as assisting with maintenance on mechanical equipment. In addition, the design/installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
