Underwrite, submit, issue personal lines policies
* Monitor existing policies for compliance with company guidelines.
* Manage underwriting territory and select new business based on analysis of their
profitability.
* Analyze new and renewal business, data, claim history.
* Administer, process and follow on claims submitted by clients.
* Maintain and update company databases.
* Assist CEO with administrative tasks.
* Review information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
* Confer with critical customers to determine reasons for default payments and to reschedule
them accordingly.
* Advise customers on necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
* Review Weekly meetings with credit department, highlighting non-responsive customers and
escalation scheme.
