Project Name and brief description: Detailed Engineering Design of solar power OLT BUOY
(Crestech Engineering Ltd secondee to National Oilwell Varco, Nig).

TOTAL - EGINA BUOY PROJECT- DETAILED DESIGN - The project is developed with an FPSO and offloading via an offloading system. Offloading will be performed through a remote OLS (Oil Loading System) installed approx. 2km away from the FPSO.

Activities include;
Reviewed and provided comments on documents and drawings from Subcontractors;

 Used Electrical transient analyzer program (ETAP) to verify single line drawings submitted by vendors
 Evaluated the 60 photovoltaic (PV) modules
 Etap for wind turbine analysis
 Participated in Subcontractor /Vendor review and assisted in resolving issues during FAT testing
 Reviewed and Provided inputs on vendor documents
 Issued instruction and maintenance manual
 Lifting procedure
 Solar sizing report

 Internal wiring diagram
 Eclectic energy d400 wind generator and dump resistor specification

EGP3B project gathers AG from eight(8) production platforms, six (6)of which are in the North Offshore Area and two of which are in the South Offshore Area.

Project Name and brief description: Seplat Liquid treatment facility (LTF) -Feed

The facility which is located in the western Niger Delta is expected to be constructed and operated by January 1, 2013. Seplat owns a 45 per cent stake and is the operation of the producing licenses of OML’s 04, 38 and 41 located in the above area. The other stakeholder is Nigerian Petroleum Development Corporation (NPDC) which owns the remaining 55 per cent of the licenses.
The company’s operations area covered by the licenses comprises the Sapele, Oben, Amukpe and Ovhor fields.
Currently, wet crude is expected from Seplat flow stations of Sapele, Oben and Amukpe for processing at the SPDC Forcados Terminal. The LTF is to be designed to deliver export quality crude into the transmission line at the Sapele Manifold as defined by the Crude Handling Agreement (CHA).
Activities carried out include;
