Provide technical and infrastructure architecture, implementation, Integration and support for the Core Banking System (T24) with the ultimate responsibility for ensuring T24 system availability and Perform T24 application tuning and performance monitoring.
Perform T24 development & maintenance, administration and ensuring business continuity is achieved.
Install, configure and upgrade T24 application environments whenever required
Administration and management of Centralized, Remote and Local Standby application of Temenos Core Banking Application. COB (Close of Business issues) troubleshooting including Year End, Month End & Daily COB Support & COB Optimization.
T24 External Database indexes Creation, archiving and data ware house management as is required.
Resizing of files for performance and space management.
Oversee all development and integrations aspects between T24 and 3rd Party Systems- ATM, Internet Banking & Other e-channels and Interfaces integration with TCServer communicating via TCP/Socket Base/Jbase Agents/MQ.
Monitoring of All the T24 Critical Services including TSM Services, the bridge/interface services as well as trouble shooting and optimizing for performance.
Scheduling and Adhoc backups and keeping track of backups as per the retention policy
T24 Backup Management & Restoration.
Contribute to the maintenance of Primary and Disaster Recovery sites, creation, implementation and supervision of DR Plan, as it relates to the Core banking application, participate in DR testing, development of test scripts and DR Data integrity,
Maintain health and Security of the T24 database and ensure logging of administrative activities as well as plan proactive measures to check data corruption.
T24 software Implementation, ugrading and updates expert.
Perform database implementation and administration including tuning
Operating systems administration for AIX, Redhat-Linux, Windows servers.
