•Create, sustain, and strengthen the brand personality and equity of Debit Cards
•Develop, ensure execution, and monitor results of product strategy for the Year
•Identify and define Product/Services opportunities through strong consumer research, evaluate and prioritize opportunities
•Build business cases that meet strategic goals and growth targets set; define product proposal, positioning, target customers and key benefits; set product standards.
•Define product/service requirements for internal development, coordinate all new product controls
•Organize, engage and coordinate all product launch related activities: deliver channel training and toolkits, set the framework for marketing campaigns, monitor results
•Monitor the portfolio growth against targets set and engage in all corrective actions required
•Develop activation, usage and loyalty programs to increase usage
•Monitor the market trends and perform competition analysis
•Plan, coordinate delivery, and monitor achievement of the product profitability targets
•Identify and implement revenue generation and cost reduction opportunities
•Coordinate the resolution of process breakdown and policy interpretation related customer issues across all functions
•Anticipate and recognize business opportunities or problems, develop respective action plan, ensure its positive acceptance and understanding across all functions, and coordinate its effective implementation
Product Manager, Digital Banking (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Transaction Alerts)

•Drive the sales of e-Products; the enrollments, activation and utilization of the Internet banking platform and NIP Platform
•Marketing support/joint Marketing calls with branches on identified sales opportunities.
•Increase profitability through branch sales of the Mobile Banking, Text Banking
& Transaction Alerts Banking product.
•Identify and promote business development opportunities for revenue growth via the use of the Internet banking platform.
•Initiate, monitor and execute new projects as it relates to Internet banking and NIP usage.
•Organize and anchor scheduled product trainings & workshops for skill improvement for
Relationship managers, customer service officers and other job related branch staff.
•Interact and effectively work with RMs/OPS/IT/Control and other support stakeholders to ensure Smooth client solution packaging and delivery.
•Provide first level support and anchor hands-on trainings for both external and internal Customers.
•Monitor and report the performance of branches as regards the Internet Banking platform
•Provide guidance and support to team members.
