The scope of work is to build and equip 4-tier data center serving the KAFD program. Scope of
work includes Mechanical, electrical and plumbing, in addition to telecom infrastructure, Low
current systems, structured cabling systems, data network, BMS, SCADA, Firefighting and fire
alarm, security surveillance, generators and panel board distribution systems
.
Primary responsibilities include:

 Design verification and engineering management
 Securing approvals of technical submittals and negotiating the requirements/systems matrix
 Closing procurement deals and contracts with system integrators and subcontractors.
 Align the program plan with the delivery dates, site readiness dates from interface, and
contractual deliverables/program milestones and completion date
 Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools
needed, and provide timely feedback.
 Subcontractors monitoring and managing to ensure delivery dates are met.
 Weekly follow ups with vendors to assure systems and components delivery stays on
schedule.
 Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
 Manage and own the program’s deliverables.
 Manage and follow up to meet billing and invoicing targets related to procurement, delivery,
installation, testing and commissioning milestones
 Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
 Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.

Wasit and Shaybah Security Program. Saudi Aramco

Project Scope:
To engineer, procure, construct, implement and test advanced perimeter security multi layered
integrated systems .Two grass-root contracts covering 8 Saudi Aramco sites. The scope of work
includes the construction of three security equipment buildings in Shaybah, and four security
shelters in Wasit, to trench and install power, fiber and communication cables to power up the
pole mounted camera surveillances system, Microwave intrusion detection system, sensing fiber
fence system, long range radars, longs range cameras and thermal imaging long range cameras.
The system integrator was Northrup Grumman, in addition to systems installed by Siemens and

Primary responsibilities include:
 Representing SBM in all formal correspondences and meetings.
 Staffing to meet projects requirements and contractual requirements
 Building the project plan, to meet the project and contractual milestones.
 Lead the engineering phase (30%, 60%, 90% and IFC)
 Managing and leading the project team to assure that the tactical plans meet with the project

plan and lead to achieving the timely delivery of all milestones.
 Manage the subcontractors along with the construction managers to assure all plans are met.
 Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.

 Industrial security upgrade program
Project scope:

To engineer, procure and construct C2I layered integrated perimeter security systems in Saudi
Aramco oil and gas refineries, NGLs, and GOSPs kingdom wide. Covering 36 different facilities
and integrating them into five regional security control centers distributed geographically over the
kingdom. The system integrator and technology provider was Northrup Grumman, residing in LA,
USA. The scope included the construction of 35 security equipment buildings, 95 shelters, 125
monopoles, installation of HV and MV transformers, panels, MCCs, in addition to fiber and copper
cables network, power cables network, structured cabling systems, encoders, alarms servers,
decoders, data network, fire protection and fire alarm and access control systems to serve the
fully integrated security system that included camera surveillance, Microwave intrusion detection
system, sensing fiber fence system, long range radars, longs range cameras and thermal imaging
long range cameras, and laser illuminator long range cameras.
All sites had two points of monitoring, one at the security gate and the other at one of the
respective regional control center over a video wall and monitoring consoles.

Integrate various existing IDAS systems with the newly built ISUP system, replace the
outdated servers and data links, interface with DCOs and terminate at RSCCs after
relocating the old SCCs equipment to them.
