Lead and won the prequalification phase, lead the bid phase with OOK partner, Northrup Grumman. Responsible for the site survey activities and reports, managed the engineering as single POC between Nesma and OOK to deliver high quality robust design for 36 Saudi Aramco plants covering KSA. Interfaced with the procurement departments as a main feed from engineering to technical approvals. Managed the construction of remote sites. Reported to senior management the progress, risks and change. Responsible for all CRs and VOs. Successfully met all milestones on time.
