Program manager for government transformation programs
Responsible for projects from the bidding phase up to project close-out. Main focus on integrated security systems projects governed by HCIS directives for classified Saudi facilities and plants. Leads the tender phase for security and communications projects within the Networks and Security Systems Division
TETRA Network - Unified Secure Communication Program (USEC)
To evaluate the current project status, verify contractual and technical discrepancies, and work with contractor representative to close any issues within the planned close date of project
To work closely with the four regions’ project managers from MOI side to make sure all deliverables are provided for every region
To verify and close all pending SATs kingdom wide.
To plan in conjunction with MOI strategy and contract deliverables, the O&M phase
To make sure O&M teams are deployed in planned locations, and that all faults are resolved based on the SLA
To verify and create a plan for equipment spare parts management and logistics
To assist the engineering team in resolving interference and system issues
To create and push to bid phase, a global security plan to secure all TETRA sites.

PROJECT MANAGER-EPC CONSTRUCTION, SECURITY, COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRIAL SECURITY UPGRADE PROGRAM- 2007-2012
Lead and won the prequalification phase, lead the bid phase with OOK partner, Northrup Grumman. Responsible for the site survey activities and reports, managed the engineering as single POC between Nesma and OOK to deliver high quality robust design for 36 Saudi Aramco plants covering KSA. Interfaced with the procurement departments as a main feed from engineering to technical approvals. Managed the construction of remote sites. Reported to senior management the progress, risks and change. Responsible for all CRs and VOs. Successfully met all milestones on time.
SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST: GULF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT-MOBITEL, ERBIL IRAQ, 2006-2007
Worked with Huawei on the network systems, and various technology providers for the billing systems, Sales, Customer call center and operations systems. Collected requirements, created technical and operational specifications documents, shortlisted vendors and manufacturers based on technical and commercial constraints. Reported to CCO and CIO
