Job Description
My role covers all the recruitment procedures that include screening, sorting, filtering preparing for interviews, paperwork, applications' filing and organizing.
Personnel and Social insurance
Opening company file in social insurance office.
Prepare form1, 2 and 6
Opening new account & ATM derivation
HR letters.
Payroll
Receive new hiring & follow up all details related to.
Dealing with all salary modifications
(Bonus, overtime, incentive, commission, allowance)
Performing all deductions as (mobile, medical, penalties)
Print monthly pay slips for all employees individually indicating income, bonus, incentive, deductions.
Calculate the monthly tax should be deducted from each employee.
Generate updated and accurate monthly reports to Finance department including all details as social insurance reconciliation and income tax dues.
