• Utilize Nestle Continuous Excellence tools and methodologies (Goal Alignment, GSTD, DMAIC, Loss Tree Analysis, IPA, etc.) to drive sustainable operational improvements.
• Determine means to reduce material usages, material losses and rework, and to achieve energy savings.
Achievements
- WB-DMAIC (member) - Reduce minor stoppages at Robot due to defective crates by 44% (from 0.48% to 0.27%) till March 31, 2017.
- WB-DMAIC(member) - Reduce Sniffer Slow at line E by 54% (from 0.26% to 0.12%) by August 31, 2016.
