Hired as the 4th official employee and report directly to the CEO.
• Assisted in the recruitment of 10+ employees for multiple departments including HR, Administration, Production, and IT.
• Developed and executed all Procurement related work procedures, selection of suppliers, criteria for evaluating and reevaluating suppliers and externally provided products in conformity with the ISO:9001: 2015 standards.
• Searched and partnered with reliable vendors of goods and services including logistics. Setup credit terms and sales contracts. Handled all communications and negotiations with external suppliers locally and internationally.
• Participated in the introduction of the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and developed the entirely constructed Supply Chain Model. i.e. workflow design, item list, vendor list, purchase orders.
• Managed all logistical activities i.e. imports and exports.
• Imported 30 million+ USD worth of factory equipment and raw material from China, South Korea, and the USA. Worked hand in hand with our freight forwarders to ensure that all containers would arrive on site as per schedule, ensured that the details of the paperwork were correct and conformed with Bahrain Customs for clearance.
• Exported 50+ containers to the USA in compliance with the Free Trade Agreement.
• Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Forecasting price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
• Performed cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
• Monitoring and forecasting of upcoming levels of demand.

Conducted Market research and built financial models to assist the assessment and due diligence of investment initiatives.
• Performed commercial and financial analysis on portfolio companies and potential acquisitions.
• Assisted in the company budgeting and planning processes
• Prepared investment teasers, information memos and business plans to support investor engagement.
• Maintained records of investment transactions including reports produced, information shared and signed agreements.

• Assisted in setting up the financial planning and formation of a partnership between Cayan Energy, Mumtalakat, and Mueller Middle Industries to build a 30-million-dollar factory located in the Bahrain International Investment Park (Mueller Middle East).
