o Assemble proposal team to support a bid for a project.
o Clearly define the Scope of Work, milestones and project deliverables.
o Create Technical Proposal preparation plan.
o Build high level project time schedule, resources and procurement plan
o Liaise with procurement dept. on the requests for subcontractors/vendor quotations.
o Build project cost-sheet in accordance with relevant Stakeholders.
o Represent project payments in Cash Flow Sheet and calculate corresponding financial costs.
o Prepare commercial offers with sales and management.
o Prepare proposal write-ups, technical and commercial proposals.
o Clearly define the Scope of Work and Services offered to the Customer and identify any clarifications or exceptions to the Customer’s inquiry.
o Following up & coordinating supplier offers and preparation of their relevant evaluations
o Detailed design, shop drawings and material take off sheets
o Coordinating with construction and installation team for site works and activities
o Witness routine tests at manufactures premises, final site tests and trial operations and commissioning for projects.
o Obtain feedback from projects for “lessons learned” to incorporate in future proposals. .
o Feasibility and preliminary studies for new projects during initiation stage.
o Electrical works design and detailed engineering works
o Bidder’s offers evaluation
o QC audit on the deliverables.
o Reporting to the functional management.
