Through the performance appraisal, aiming to calibrate, refine and/or reward this performance, by analyzing achievements and evaluating contribution towards the achievements of the overall organizational goals.
- Identify, manage and monitor HR Department’s staffing needs.
- Evaluate the adequacy and competency of human resources assigned to the Human Resources Department at both levels (Regional & Site).;
- Conduct the company’s processes optimization annual review to insure the best practice for FTE indicating employees’ workload.
