o Sets overall working policy
o Acts as conduit between Bamarouf and Insurance Companies and or broker.
o Develop the existing insurance policies to cover the exact risk through the insurer co.
o Review & compare the reputable insurance companies quotations .
o Supervises the work activities of staff.
o Supervise the insurance accident related in Suzuki 22 branches KSA wide.
o Approves any financial expenditure.
o Hires employees needed.
o Approves the Financial Statements to Bamarouf Auditors.
o Prepares the Annual Report to Bamarouf Management and discusses with them next year budget.
o Prepares profit and loss statement.
