list.
✔Follow up all the purchase files of our local partners in order to ensure that it respects HI’s procurement procedures
Procurement Management and Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
✔ Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
✔ Agreeing and managing budgets
✔ Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
✔ Promoting and marketing the business
✔ Overseeing stock levels
✔ Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
✔ Handling administration and paperwork
✔ Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Main Tasks :
✔ Premises Management.
✔ Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.
✔ General Services Management (Expatriate Staff Accommodations, office and storage facilitation).
✔ Responsible for managing all aspects of health and safety matters within the Trust including risk assessments,
health and safety policy, fire safety and emergency planning.
✔ Ensure that all systems are regularly maintained and tested, appropriate records kept and all related policies and
procedures reviewed and updated
✔ Prepare and maintain work/inspection and testing schedules; standard operating procedures for all maintenance
works, inspection and testing of plant, equipment, tools, facilities, vehicles etc. Ensure all estates and facilities
paperwork is kept secure and up to date.
