 Assigned as CSR Coordinator - Qatar with the responsibility of developing the social responsibility strategy and collaborating with Local NGO’s / organizations on CSR events.
 Partnered in setting up the Workforce Management System which has been adopted company-wide.
 Planning, executing and monitoring the staff reduction scheme following recent management directives.
 Assessing employees’ outcome through proper evaluation methodologies against KPI’s for progression scheme purposes.
 Establishing Project Manning Schedule by collaborating with all departments, ensuring efficient workforce placement.
 Conducting full cycle recruitment through local & international sourcing, using several screening and selection tools, and proposing enhancements on the adopted procedure.
 Cooperating with the Training Department on the annual plan implementation depending on employee’s evaluations.
 Launching a channel of communication between employees and the management while managing employee’s welfare.
 Submitting periodical and upon request HR reports, addressing concerns, and offering suggestions for improvements.
 Monitoring Payroll System ensuring proper data collection and posting leading to smooth operation.
 Managing personnel activities in accordance to the company’s procedures and Local Laws / Regulations and having them conveyed to the Project Management for their interpretation and practical application.

 Conducting a full analysis and environmental scanning on Dubai’s economic status and evaluating financial metrics on companies.
 Assisted in drafting the monthly statement of accounts & portfolio report to reflect the departments’ outcome.

 Observed the process of recruitment by the development of job description and personal specification up till final offer.
 Inputting the monthly salaries and allowances of employees for the manager’s semi - annual review / adjustments.
