• Schedule meetings & appointments inside and outside the company.
• Responsible of the money deposit for the company's booths.
• Creating daily-weekly-monthly Reports of E-payments.
• Supervising the opening of new booths in different areas.
• Training the newly employees on the company's E-system.
• Sort files by Index and have them ready to be found easily.
• Creating the daily settlements for all booths.
Follow up the Stock and Inventory, follow up the items internal transfers,
Manage the Invoices Entry and Items Auditing, Creation of new stock items
