• Supported All different business and entities within TAQA in Abu Dhabi (over 3000 employees) with the following
• Managed PRO services and acted as focal point between TAQA and Government departments including Ministry of Information, Ministry of Transportation; ensured positive working relationships for government documentation related activities.
• Automation of PRO activities to a systemic application with reminder function to avoid delay and subsequent penalties that may potentially be imposed by the authorities if occurs
• Created and migrated electronic copies of employees records for a safe custody and quick retrievals on Oracle upon completion of data cleansing process

Major Achievement in this period:
- Supported with creating an in-house visa processing desk, which has reduced about 80% of processing time and increase efficiency.
- Reduced cost by about 75% when implemented a process change, and managed to get approval from Immigration (one of the entity that hosted the largest number of employees) to apply for employees family visas in the Immigration department directly.
- Streamlined the process of obtaining Mission visa (short term work permit) which initially used to take more than 2 months and reduced the timeline to about 1-12 working days (as the process final outcome is subject to government approval)

Managed the day-to-day activities to support the continuity of business operations through the provision of critical services and support activities such as; visas, work & residence permits, healthcare insurance, commercial licensing, agencies & trade marks, customs clearance, vehicle registration and renewals etc.
