• MTO (Structural, Piping, Instrument, Electrical & Process Safety)
 Prepare cost estimate & WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) based on classification
estimation level: Screening ± 50%, Pre-feasibility Study (Pre-FS) ± 30%, Conceptual
Study (FS) ± 20% and Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) ± 15% those should be
in compliance with AACE International. If the cost estimate firstly carried out, it will
be agreed by client before review.
 The major cost centers will be as listed below against each major work breakdown
element:
• Equipment Cost.
• Material Supply Cost.
• Construction / Fabrication Cost (Onshore, Mid shore and Offshore).
• Installation, Hook-up, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Cost will be
applied commonly for Offshore Site.

Management Team Cost
• Insurance and Certification Cost.
 Cost and schedule risk analysis will be applied to the base estimate to ascertain the
contingency levels at specific levels of confidence.
 Preparation excel and native report, and send it to Client.
