Validation and verify all transactions for (AP) and Posting to the (GL)
• Support and manage the sub-ledger to GL Reconciliation for all ledger
• Supervise AP & AR team and maintain department timely and accurate deliverables
• Preparing and reviewing the accounting cycle for new digital projects and products
• Initiate and recommend improvements in accounting system
• Supervise preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
• Preparing financial statements, produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
• Preparing Zakat, VAT, WHT special tax returns.
• Oversee all accounting operations for direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Recording all accrued revenue in accordance with IFRS 15 and accrued expenses, check they are correct to ensure compliance with the law, settled when invoices are issued.
• Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation according to schedule.
• Banking (Coordinating the bank facilities agreement, Issuing LG & LC, Payment of suppliers, collection of customer, bank reconciliation).
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly supplier payment reports.
• Worked in the payments for all suppliers in KSA local and foreign.
• Pay bill Payments SADAD System (Zakat, Tax, Customs, Electricity).
• Assisting in Monthly financial closing.
• Prepare receiving materials local and foreign in system.
• Prepare Journal Entries.
• Company properties supervision.
• Contracting companies Claims processing.
• Government relationship (TM - Absher - ministry of trading ). • Logistic department Coordination.
• Auditing and Approving the invoices of the :
(Operation and Maintenance, leasing companies, Water, Electricity, Telephone and Airlines Companies
